Since the founder of the agency has been working with real estate for a long time, he had a clear understanding of the target audience and geography. Introductory information from the client greatly helps to achieve better results and correctly form a promotion strategy.
The task was set as follows – to receive targeted appeals from the Russian-speaking population and the countries of the Middle East, as well as English-speaking leads from other specific countries.
After receiving good results, the client requested to launch advertising in other regions. At the moment, the task was to receive only English-speaking leads from different countries. The following countries were selected for displaying ads: Iraq, Palestine, Israel, the UK, Ukraine, and Kuwait.
As a result, the following results were obtained for advertising campaigns:
Gained a lot of experience in attracting leads from different countries for real estate in Turkey. There is an understanding of how to attract target customers and what is important in advertising for the Turkish market. There are a number of hypotheses and ideas on how to improve the quality of applications and a number of countries that are worth testing for Meta ads.
